"Great hotel and room. The only real complaint was that the bed was very hard....but the staff did all they could to help. Put 3 duvets on the bed to make it comfortable. Very noisy on a Friday night when we arrived....but the food was great. Beautiful hotel, in a great location."

"Room was very modern and clean, comfy beds and nice shower. However, we didn't like the lack of staff, you have to chat to a bot to get answers about issues. I had an eSim from Airalo and had to adjust my settings to get into the room, that was pretty frustrating for us. There was a heatwave and due to no AC we had to leave the windows open to clear the hot and stuffy room. Unfortunately, the cooler air wasn't the only thing that came in - we had to wear earplugs to tame the noise of the tram...

"Overall it was a great hotel to stay with. Only down side was the bed mattress was sinking on both side, but since I was alone, I was able to sleep right in the middle. Clean and quiet place, had no issue."
