"This is our second stay at this hotel and we really like it. The hotel is very clean and in a safe area. Parking is easy and safe. The rooms are spacious, perfect for someone who needs a work space and comes with an extra lounge area if you have guests. The shower and bathroom with full length mirror and closet space is perfect. Breakfast is included and it was better than most we've had in the past. Super conformfortable bed and checkout at noon makes it very nice to stay. Convenient...

"I was incorrectly charged an $18 parking fee by the front desk associate, Allen, despite clearly informing him at check-in that I would not be using the hotel’s parking garage because I have a disabled parking placard. He appeared inexperienced and required assistance throughout the check-in process. This level of service falls well below the standards I expect from Hyatt."
