"Out of all the places we stayed during our three weeks on the South Island, Ratanui Lodge provided the best service and hospitality. Firstly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them and the two ladies we dealt with went out of their way to give recommendations and ensure our stay was fantastic. "When I arrived it was getting late, the lady at the counter was very nice and made my check in easy after a tiring day traveling. They gave me a bigger unit which I am very greatful for, it was also spotless and spacious. Cleaners kept everything in order, and do an excellent job. The site is close to the Richmond town center that has everything you will need on holiday and even a cinema 'Silky Otter' (10 min walk). For me, it was like a nice little home away from home and I look forward to...
