This place is not safe to stay. I didn’t even stay a night here, as soon as I saw the condition of the property and how dangerous it was I immediately left.

The room was in poor condition and the floor wasn't clean. We left without spending the night. As we were leaving, in early evening, a housekeeper was mopping the hallway, making it so wet that I slipped, nearly falling, after she told me that it was OK for walking on it. The woman at the front desk was friendly.

Could not even stay. The room smells as musty as anywhere I've been and there had to be mold around because my wife's throat got scratchy almost immediately.

Hallways were dirty, threshhold into bathroom was broken and dirty. No breakfast available. Only two big towels, no face cloths and hand towels. Very noisy, there was a fan or something in the wall probably for air circulation in the hotel. Hard to sleep.

The property was clean enough but pretty run down. Bed was comfy. Biggest down aide was that after laying diwn for a while ended up with bug bites so cant really recommend this place.

Walking into the lobby the space immediately smelled of cigarette and weed smoke masked with fragrance. It was congregated with people all of poor health or influenced by drugs and one staff behind the desk. The front desk clerk had to ask the patrons to quiet down not once but twice. The pool was poorly maintained and described as freezing cold. Our rooms floor was sticky, there was no trash can, and smelled heavily of cigarette and weed smoke. We were concerned of the residential population steeling out possessions so additional security options were utilized while gone to retrieve room spray and food and while inside the room. There was a verbal fight outside our room in the night that kept us up. It was noticed several children arrived in the evening off a school bus so im guessing there are some long term residents staying there as well. I would like to request consideration of a refund partial or in whole.

The first room that they put me in REEKED of cigarette smoke. Went to turn on the TV and it didn't work. Switched me to another room, but the first room should never have been rented at all.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Honestly it was dangerous. No human being belongs in such an environment. It was truly unacceptable conditions. I didn’t want to be there at all, but like I didn’t have much choice after already paying online. If there was a cancel option I would have taken it immediately and slept in my car. There was no breakfast to speak of. Please don’t stay here, it’s not worth the risk.

I would have raised my rating if they had towels available. They were apparently busy before we got there and didn't have enough towels clean to do showers and use the pool. Had to dry off with wet towels. Nothing really impressive about the hotel or stay. But their complimentary breakfast? A paper bag with a little box of HI-C orange lavaburst, a 3 pack of the little powdered donuts, and a fruit grain bar. It was kinda ridiculous.

Seemed dirty but it was a place to rest our head. Opened the microwave and it was splattered with food pieces. First room they gave us hadn’t even been cleaned. The second room was still dirty looking but the beds were at least made. If you can help it do not stay here.

Well I liked best was how nice the staff where and how when checking in Rick was funny and very helpful especially when I got to my room and needed help with my tv he came right away all I have to say is that company blessed to have such a hard worker that’s hard to find nowadays

Shower didn't drain, television on turned on and off and the volume went up. No other buttons worked. Trash from the previous stay was left on the mini fridge. Staff was kind but won't be staying again

The room wasn’t swept, the tub dripped constantly. They don’t tell u this but there is a $50 deposit. The hotel was hot. Ac only in the rooms. No toilet paper. No breakfast and that was the only reason I booked here. I feel ripped off.

The local was good other than that the bathroom floor in the room was falling apart. The room had flys pool and workout room was closed coffee was cold and was going to take a hour to get fresh.

I booked this last minute at night and the front desk people were very helpful. Room was pretty clean, AC was working, had no problem with it. The breakfast they had wasn’t really breakfast, it was just paper bags with snack bars, juices, and donuts set up on the counter. Disappointing breakfast, but everything else was fine.

Great place!! We stayed there going to our rocket event AND on the way home too!! The people we encountered were so very nice. Rick B the night guy and Ester the morning lady!! The beds were comfortable and the room clean! There was a frig and microwave too!! Reasonable price as well. We will stay there again when going thru Topeka!
