"The stay was good but the elevator broke down the day before we left and they still didn’t have it fixed by the time we checked out. This created a problem with hauling suitcases down the stairs and for other people who needed to bring their belongings upstairs. They really need to have a 24/7 service for that since there is only one elevator in this facility."

"They had a lavender scent in the lobby so strong it gave my wife a headache and she couldn’t have breakfast. The rooms had no garbage bags when we checked in. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were severely watered down."

And they won’t tell you that until right before check in. So they can get your cancellation fee when you have to find different accommodations last minute. Do not recommend."

"We only stayed overnight. Room had a separate bedroom and den/kitchey. We were looking for dog friendly and it worked out great. Staff was very attentive."
