"Good value B&B within walking distance of Ostia Antica Archaeological park. The host was lovely and friendly and the complimentary breakfast set us up nicely for the day. Being able to leave our suitcases after checking out and collecting them later was greatly appreciated. "

"Room was excellent - great quality, huge and very clean. Staff had taken the trouble to make sure it was warm (cold night). Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Carry out breakfast was much appreciated due to early flight. "

"My family and I stayed there for one night as we were to leave on a flight early the next morning but the staff was extremely nice and pleasant and helped us with all the questions and getting a taxi very early in the morning. The restaurant in the hotel was really good and the service was amazing. Will definitely come back "

"Accueil très chaleureux, chambre propre et lit confortable. Juste un suggestion d'ordre écologique : supprimer les gobelets en plastique dans les salle de bain et dans la salle du petit déjeuner et proposer des fruits au petit déjeuner. Sinon tout était parfait ! Je recommande +++++"

"The room was comfortable. Only issue was the shower floor was very slippery for seniors as one could fall easily. It would be good to have the rooftop open to view. We could only use the breakfast for one day out of two as we had a 6am flight. Would be nice to be offered a doggie bag or reduce the cost. Had to take a taxi in the morning as their shuttle doesn’t run at 3am when we had to go the airport."

"Staff were the best anywhere. They were very helpful with information and anything needed. The hotel is not new or fancy but the authenticity and experience was beyond compare. There was a lot to see and do even for off season. Just a short train ride to Rome and then connections to Pisa, Naples, or other destinations. My husband and I have no complaints."
