"When we arrived it turned out they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and were fully booked. This was a frustrating situation especially when it was our first stop on our vacation. The staff were quick to solve the problem and moved us to the Leaside Manor down the road where we were greeted by amazing staff that helped us settle in with ease. Big thanks to everyone that helped us from the Monastery and Leaside Manor. "

"The rooms are spacious and the staff generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a great start to your day with a variety of offerings. The parking lot is adequate, but turning left when you come out to the main road is probably fatal 9 times out of 10, still, that’s probably true of any of the hotels leading up to the mall."

"I loved staying there! The room is clean and has everything yiu need to live comfortably! Bed is big and washroom clean as well. The stuffs are freindly and helpful. I had very nice chat with one of the lady and she showed great warmth of Newfoundland hospitality! The complimentary breakfast selection is the best ever. I have tried moose sausages and the Eglish breakfast is great as well. Awesome food. It is located in the Rabbit town area, althought it is a little distance to downtown, the walk...

"This was my second time staying here. My first time was shortly after they first opened and I have to say, even after 11+ years, it still has the same feel as it did then. The room and property were well taken care of and I forgot how comfy the beds were. Jag “swag” is the best and while it’s less than my original stay, it’s still very much appreciated. "

Truly the place to be if you’re headed to the stadium next door for an event or the conference centre as both are connected via skywalk. Steps from all that downtown has to offer."
