"The woman who greeted us was very helpful and friendly, but that was the last good thing that happened. The room was absurdly small, maybe 12' x 12', and the ceilings slope almost to the floor! Reserved a queen bed room and given a loft with spiral steps to bedroom on second floor, not mentioned I reservation. Loft warm with only a small window and fan for ventilation. "
