Rooms are small but checks all the boxes. Clean, new and all the amenities you need in a hotel room. There was a window for fresh air and the floor was surprisingly quiet. Only 12 rooms on each floor.

Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
Spa, didn't use, exercise room not available. Linda, in the store was very nice, as were the dining room folks. The underground parking was very tight. Parking in the city was a challenge.

Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites
Clean neat room + balcony to the woods. Housekeeping was very good + friendly. Front Desk very helpful. Young kids loved the pool! Gift shop handy + well stocked. Very pleasant weekend.
