Upon check in, due to a computer glitch, my 2 Queen bedroom was not available. Therefore, a King room was given. A cot was brought to our room by a man who offered terrible customer service. I asked if I could receive any bedding, sheets, blankets, pillows etc. He said housekeeping does not work at night and we don't have any. I was forced to sleep on the cot without any bedding or pillows. I would have much rather have slept in my car. Only giving this a 2 star because the front ladies I dealt with were great. I understand computer errors, however, the health and safety of your guests should be priority and not being able to accommodate bedding is a red flag. If you’re looking to stay for comfort, don't choose this hotel. If you’re looking for a good breakfast, then maybe?
