I chose this hotel because it was an IHG, but once I got there, I was told that they could not give me points because I had booked through a 3rd party! On top of it, I had paid extra for breakfast, but the breakfast was not yet opened by the time I had to leave! Otherwise, the hotel is fine, and close to the airport.

Only stayed one night and I found the hotel staff to be friendly and polite. Room was comfortable and clean. The free WiFi was easy to access and worked well. Although it did not bother me, I did hear the airplanes from the airport operating late at night.

Stayed here following our long flight home from Europe. Shuttle picked us up..front desk staff was very friendly..room was extremely comfortable and clean. Didn't really take advantage of restaurant or any amenities.

There was a girls hockey tournament over the weekend and the guests that were part of the tournament were up late and were very noisy in the halls between 11 pm and 2 am. It is management's responsibility to make sure the floors are quiet after 11 pm so other paying guests are able to sleep and enjoy their stay. Why would they not allocate specific floors for the hockey guests only so other guests are able to sleep well or have security guards patrolling the floors to enforce quiet time after 11 pm? It is not rocket science. Poor job Holiday Inn.

We arrived nearly 9:30 in the evening but the restaurant was still opened. We’re quite happy that we didn’t need to worry about very late dinner and their foods were quite good.
