The stay was not at all what we expected. The room was private, but the rest of the accommodations were shared and not well kept. We ended up leaving a night early and opting for a better deal on a nice hotel actually in the city. Next time we'll do better research.

Definitely illegal place. Only teeny tiny windows in the basement, and none in our room. Free parking “on site” meant park on the street and hope you don’t get towed, because it’s after December 1. You can hear every move your neighbours make - ours got locked out of his room by accident while using the teeny tiny moldy bathroom at 4:45 am and ended up waking everyone up trying to get back into his room. The room was clean at first glance. The bathroom tiles were all moldy and there was caked in dust and grime on the baseboards. It was so small that you could brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet. You literally had to sidestep around the sink to get to it. The one tiny bathroom shared between 4 rooms! We arrived late, and left early. This place needs to be reported, as it is a major fire hazard and is unsafe. Please rethink booking this accommodation.

The place was definitely worth the price. Parking was free and amenities listed were accurate. Saw a couple of bad reviews which had me thinking but my experience was positive. Will return whenever I can.

There we cob webs in all corners, there were black scuff marks on most walls, the kithen sink was horrible, the ceiling in bathroom wasn't in the greatest condition., steps to go down were very dangerous with rail at the start of steps. The first 2 nights there were othet people there fighting and yelling. And you couldnt use the bathroom when you wanted to as there was always someone in there. Worst experice i ever had.

The place wasn't very clean, no breakfast, but affordable. You get what you pay for I suppose. I'm not fussy so I'm perfectly alright with the compromise.

The property seems quite crowded, and parking is very limited.    •   The eggs provided have gone bad, as both their color and taste have changed.    •   We also didn’t receive any information on how to enter our room.

Petit déjeuner limité avec pain et œufs, par contre le pire à été d avoir des colocataires irrespectueux de la vie en communauté, bruyants et imbus de leur personne, n hesitant pas à faire la vaisselle ou prendre une douche à 4h du matin...dommage, ça a gâché notre séjour

Minimal food in fridge and jam hats pretty much empty. Bread was awful. Tea and coffee were good though. Didn't alleviate the blood stains on my pillow and sheets. They'd been washed but didn't make you feel comfortable.

Could not get in, filthy, nothing like pics or website. So dirty we left after 10 hours and will never return! Bedding was dirty, floors filthy, not a clean spot anywhere! No sleep and will be posting to their direct site. Totally disappointed in Expedia actually recommending stay at a place like this yard not mowed, basement smelled of mold. Paid for 2 night and left after 10 hours.

Perhaps I hadn't properly read the conditions of the room/property but even having known we were going to have to share a bathroom , having a small room in a basement with no window is not only a fire risk but felt very claustrophobic. It was not value for money at £80 per night and I would be generous at suggesting it is worth half that to be honest.

3 units in the basement of a house. Small rooms, no natural light, and those 3 units share one very small bathroom. Anything you want for breakfast, you have to make it yourself.

We visited from the UK for a week, first impressions was that it was nothing like the pictures! Outside the garden was dirty and overgrown so nowhere to sit outside. Inside the property there is one tiny bathroom which is shared by 4 rooms, I think this is advertised on the listing but it soon became very inconvenient. The bedroom again was tiny, it had no window and very hot (although a fan is provided). It’s listed as a BnB, however it’s a self serve breakfast and only eggs and bread are provided, we had to buy breakfast for the week. The 4 rooms in the basement must be for visitors, but upstairs it appears there is a permanent resident. This person clearly smokes inside as the smell flows through the whole property. The resident is also very loud, and can be heard walking around all night. In terms of service, our room was not cleaned once during the whole week, no new bedding, no fresh towels. On the whole, you get what you pay for, however this property is lacking in basic BnB service and amenities
