Got ahold of the woman straight away for checkin! She was such a nice lady, really really sweet and even let us choose between two rooms! The accommodation is really great if you’re looking for a place to sleep in for a day or two! Easy to walk to the center, perfect spot for TIFF !

My second time at this property and the staff is great!! Very friendly!! Room location is my favourite perk as it’s close to the ballpark, shopping and taking in all the downtown has to offer! Will stay again!!

It was a decent room. It is what you expect for under $150 a night but getting a private bathroom was nice, other reviews make it sound like you won’t. When I got back around midnight, internet refused to work and still wasn’t when I left at 7:45. If I had been staying longer I would’ve contacted staff but was mostly there for a bed to sleep

Not fancy, but it's not supposed to be. Clean, safe, and by far the best priced accommodations in Toronto.

It is well located and convenient for short stay. There was minimal supply in the room : no TV, no cup for brushing teeth. Considering the overall cost of living, it’s worth the price. So I was satisfied with the choice of the hotel in general.

Rooms are very small. I had a double bed (really a twin) with a private bath. But it served the purpose and would book again...first abd foremost is cleanliness and a private bath...and I was very ok with it. You need to bring really your own shower products / wash cloths...lil things to make your stay more enjoyable. .but if you expect the Hilton....well then book the Hilton. Enjoy your stay

I booked the room with a private bathroom, and while it was extremely small, it was fantastic for a single traveler and I got a great sleep both nights I was there, as there was a fan, the room got pitch black, and there was no noise in the hallways at all. The location is great, in China Town, and near hundreds of great shops. The lady (didn't get her name) who checked me in was very nice, and the cleaning lady (Lianz) was awesome, very friendly and super happy. Anytime I want to be near the hustle and bustle of Toronto and am traveling solo, I'd be happy to stay here!

When I arrived at the listed address, the person assisting me took me to a building two blocks away because the one at the original address was fully booked. I spent one night there; the rooms are located in the building's basement, and mine had a sink right next to the bed. The rooms were clean, though it was a bit disconcerting to be staying in a different building—there were about ten rooms there. As for the location in Chinatown, if you want to save money without sharing a room with strangers, I believe this is the only available option.
