One King West Hotel & Residence
Staffs were very nice. I have spine problem and can’t sleep on soft mattress. The stairs helped me get a firm mattress even though I asked them to get the extra sheet so that I could sleep on the floor. It really helped me a lot.

Really pleasant and simple check in. Room was simple but very clean. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Probably would have chosen not to pay for this breakfast and instead go somewhere else. Quiet hotel.
