"The front desk staff (I dealt with Paul mostly) were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and personable. They remembered me as I walked through the lobby at various points. Our check in was late because our room wasn't quite ready yet (it happens) and I don't think the AC was working in our room which made for a semi uncomfortable night but otherwise our stay was great."

"The HVAC in the room was either blasting cold air or nothing with no ability to control the output. The hotel was under construction which included the air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area. It was very uncomfortable."

"Loved the suite, felt like I could utilize a lot of it, the outside looks a bit shabby but that’s probably cuz of renovations, but inside looks so modern and amazing, only gripe was when I booked it, it was supposed to come with breakfast and I saw online that there was a pool, however when I asked the front desk, they said there wasn’t a pool and breakfast wasn’t included in my package even though it said it was. The TV also doesn’t have SMART TV for me to connect my phone to play movies and...
