"We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and they advertised complimentary airport shuttle, every hour on the hour from 5:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. daily. We got to the airport and went to shuttle pick up. We waited and the shuttle never arrived. We called the hotel and were told that the shuttle does not run until 2:00 p.m. We ended up having to Uber to the hotel, paying $30. If I had been told that, I would have booked one of the other many hotels in the area that offer free shuttles from the airport. We arrived at the hotel, and they literally had signage on their window stating their shuttles run daily from 5:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. We said something to the lady at the desk about the shuttle situation, and she stated they do not have free shuttles, the shuttles cost $10 per person and only starts at 2:00 p.m. I showed her the message from I received from my booking stating that the shuttle is complimentary and runs 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. She told me that was wrong. Then we brought up that the sign on their window stated the shuttles run from 5:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. daily, and she told us that they have to have that posted, "for inspections". I have no idea what that means, but don't message me and have signage the wrong hours of the shuttle, and that they're complimentary when they're not. The room itself was fine, but the shuttle situation left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will definitely stay elsewhere in the future due to this. "
