"Our apartment was in an amazing location close to everything we wanted to see and we were greeted by our car in the square and escorted to parking - SO helpful. Apartment was just a bit dark (the Iris), but otherwise nice. Breakfast for only 5 Euros was very good. Can't save enough about our hoet's gracious welcome and how helpful she was!"

"We had a lovely 5 night stay at La Sovana in their apartment complex. We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bath with kitchen. It was the perfect set up for 2 couples to share. My only wish was that it included a washer/dryer set up. Laundry is available for a fee which we did use but it would be nice if there was washing capability in the apartment itself. The staff were super helpful, the property is clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is very good as well. We would definitely return to La Sovana."

While it is a new build, it flawlessly mirrors the traditional structure, charm, and historic elegance of classic Umbrian architecture. It captures the very essence of Il Dolce Far Niente (the sweetness of doing nothing).
