It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. "The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

"I really loved our stay at Hotel Valentino. It's a relatively quick walk from the funiculare stazione and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect - not too far from anything and the views from our room exceeded our expectations "

"Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). "
