"Nous avions besoin d'une laveuse à linge en milieu de voyage, nous avons donc opté pour un studio puisque les appartements n'indique pas la présence de laveuse. Quelle erreur, le studio est à l'arrière de l'immeuble avec une seule petite fenêtre de 3 pieds carrés dans le haut du mur. Pour ce qui est de la terrasse qui avait influencé notre décision, elle est à l'étage supérieur sur le toit et est encombrée de déchets, aucun aménagement. L'escalier pour l'atteindre est aussi encombrée de matériel...

"The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. "It’s a beautiful, large apartment, with modern amenities and vaulted ceilings that also happens to be steps to the Duomo, in the old town. My only complaint is they said I’d get parking and check -in information 48 hours before my arrival but did not. I had to contact Expedia and got instructions only 5 hours before check in. That was stressful but the beauty and convenience of the apartment more than made up for that initial stress "

"The host changed check in times and doesnt communicate well. You have to reach out to them for check in instructions and beg for the details.
