"Overall a good experience. Staff were friendly and polite. They were extremely helpful with providing a room so we could check out later, and bar staff were excellent. The only room for improvement was the breakfast, food was good and fresh, however it felt a little chaotic at times, though staff did their upmost to help during busy times. It would be an improvement to have table service for certain items eg eggs/coffee to reduce the chaos."

"This is one of new favourite hotels. The location is brilliant; adjacent to a subway line & the massive bus station. There is also a huge mall with El Corte Ingles one block away. It’s a very short walk into the Carmen; the historical part of the city. There are also great transportation links with the buses. The hotel is terrific & is consistent with other NH hotels that have stayed in. Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely room with a big bathroom and a very easy to understand shower....

"This is a gem of a microhotel. It is only 3 floors and only a few units per floor. It is superbly kept, and the beds and pillows are to die for. We were welcomed by an incredibly warm staff that spoke English and Spanish and were accommodating in every way imaginable. The room welcomed us with a snack, a bottle of wine, an keurig style espresso machine and a lovely note from the maid staff. "A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel."

"Poca atención, pésimo desayuno, poca ayuda, pero tiene una ubicación maravillosa. Tuve que pedir cambio de cuarto porque daba a una azotea completamente sucia yo creo que no deberían hacer eso porque las habitaciones que ponen para resecar se ven de otra manera. Y Meliá no es precisamente un hotel barato. Creo por cómo he viajado con ustedes que son muy taxistas con los mexicanos y no deberían. Me lo pensaré la próxima ves. Gracias por su atención."
