Hotel Murah di Torreon

"Clean, well ran and comfortable. This property was exactly what I expect from Holiday Inn."

"The mattress cover was stained. There were still coffee grounds in the coffee pot from last guests. The ironing board was full of stains. The 2nd floor was for dr appointments. The parking lot was not appealing. Would never stay there or recommend."

"Great pizza place attached to the hotel ! Comfy beds and quiet rooms."

"Didnt like the front desk staff"

"The hotel was amazing. It was very well kept and maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"My complaint was no place to hang cloths. There was a cabinet which included the iron, ironing board, hair dryer and space to hang cloths but no bar or hangers. I mentioned this to the staff, they said they have to have a bar cut. You could not get any channels on the TV but they corrected that."

"The WiFi was very slow. The TV had no national networks, ie ABC, NBC or CBS, so no local news, only CNN. The breakfast items were depleted quickly and people had to wait until the attendant went to prepare more. The trash can in the eating area was filled to the brim and not emptied. The toilet in our room clogged, so a plunger was brought to the door in a plastic bag and we were told to put the bag outside our door when done plunging!"

"Staff and maintenance , very helpful and knowledgeable"

"The Gm was very snotty.. We opted to pay at property, they just ran my card. The person I was with was paying, I just reserved the room. The Gm would do nothing to fix it. We only stayed here, to have a drink. It was closed. The breakfast made us both violently sick. Worse place I've stayed in a long time."

"Was a perfect weekend getaway. Kathleen was so helpful and kind to us. We rented cabin 6 which had a fireplace and kitchenette. Was very comfortable and cozy. Went fishing in the lake on the property. Had a nice private dinner in the lodge for my finance and I and got to hear the history of the lodge. Great location. Has a restaurant and bar on property. You can grab a drink at bar and take back to your cabin Already planning our next trip with family. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We had a fantastic experience staying here. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptional and we'd definitely stay here again. Oh, and the cookies they offered at check-in were so delicious! Thank you!"
