"Excellent stay"

"Room was small. Ancillary service for the room was provided every three days. Carpet in the common area needs to be replaced. Bathroom was remodeled and bed was clean."

"Very nice property, clean and modern. Good breakfast. The only unusual thing was that they do not have in-room coffee makers. Instead they have two very nice 24 hour coffee brewing machines in the lobby. Sometimes you don't want to get dressed and go to the lobby right after getting up to get your coffee. Of course, it DOES taste better..."

"The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast room was great!! So many options and clean. The room was ok for our two day stay however, it needed to be deep cleaned. There was dust noticeable on headboard, dirty floor boards. There were ants in the bathroom shower and a spider on the wall. Pest control is needed. Great location for visiting the Taylor area. The motel is next to a main Hwy so you could hear loud vehicles quite late into the night. Guests were loud out in the part lot late...

"The room was very comfy. Large Fridge was a great thing. Located in a convenient area, with plenty of parking. Only issue was, there was only 3 pillows on the bed. By the time we realized it, it was too late to request another. Due to that reason sleeping was uncomfortable. Also the fact that the pillows were very light & hollow was not a good thing."

"My husband and I stayed at the Heritage Inn for one night with our dog as we were in town for work. Overall, we had a great experience until we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours .. First thing to note, when booking on Expedia it does not clearly state this but not all rooms are pet friendly. "Huge rooms"

"Mattress was very firm. Bathroom tile was a little sketchy but overall this is a nice place. The breakfast was good but they were out of hot food item and VERY slow to replenish them."
