"I had a very convenient and comfortable stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus, and having easy access to the parking garage made everything so much easier. The location and overall convenience were great. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The receptionist at the front desk upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. She explained the location of our room, fitness area, breakfast room etc. Even though the building is obviously older, our room was very clean and comfortable. Also the room cleaning staff was very cheerful!"

"Walk the person working the front desk was great. But then got into the elevador and it smelled disgusting! Like there was a dead animal somewhere in it, it was bad, I had to hold my breath. Then the halls dont have carpeting, which is fine but the floors were dirty and gross. Our room was very nice, clean, no complaints. Checked out at 745am and there was no worker, a steel plate covers the desk area, odd, and people sitting in the waiting area in bath robes, weirded us out. Location is also great."

"I know there were mixed reviews about this establishment however it was very nice. I went with my mother for the weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The parking at the hotel is $15/night. The Wifi is complimentary as well as the breakfast. It is maybe a 5 minute walk to Pratt District and other areas of downtown Hartford. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. For those that are light sleepers you could hear people outside your room but it did not matter to me. I would stay here again."

"More than anything, everything was clean. Everything was in working order, and the host was pleasant and seen tidying up around the property. There were many accommodations right around me. I had the best fish and chips ever at the big Y across the street."
