"Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage direkt am Strand, das Personal war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgiebig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. "

"Staff are incredible. For every question we asked, the answer was always "Yes". Breakfast was nice selections, and very relaxed. Location was very central to the Port Centro, beaches, historical landmarks, and a park for an evening walk. "

"Needs to be upgraded. We had a midievil key to open and close the door to our family suite. It was kind of funny at first till we realized if one of us wanted to go out, you literally have to lock the other person inside the room and they cant open the door from the inside to get out.
The sliding glass door to our patio was also broken and would not lock. The staff responded right away. It look a couple of visits to get the right tools but eventually, the staff was able to rig it good...
