"The hotel is conveniently located close to everything. The train station was less than 10 mins walk. There's a Tesco express and a Sainsbury's right outside the hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough to fit a queen bed, double sofa bed and a cot. We had a comfortable sleep. We used the pool once, there was a steam room as well. "Amazing hotel- couldn’t fault it. Gym and pool was an amazing addition. Rooms were clean, spacious and practical. Only negatives were the temperature of the room- bring an additional fan!! Extremely hot. And the temperature of the pool is also very hot."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The corridors could have been cleaner as there were bottles and other rubbish from guests rooms on the windowsills. In the evening my room was near the back of the hotel and there was a very loud noise which sounded like a washing machine or tumble dryer being on. Fortunately, this noise stopped at around 10pm and then started again in the morning. Breakfast was nice although the staff started to clear away some of the options offered for the buffet...

"The staff, especially Reception and a young blonde-haired lady who had only been there about 3 weeks were exceptional. Having the bar & the restaurant on the top floor is a bit odd, but it is comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very poor as was the quality of the wine. The gentleman acting as Maitre was brusque, untidy and unwelcoming. We booked our table for 7 and were prompt. But he wanted us to have courses in rapid succession.
