Short walking distance into the centre of town. Property was clean and had all that we required. Arrived late but information was provided to get our keys and access to the building. Only downside was the noise surrounding the property during the silent hours. For some reason it always seemed to be noisy each night of our stay. Overall though, we’d recommend here to anyone planning a short visit to the delightful Toulouse.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Particularly the lady that checked us in, she was lovely and spent time chatting to us and marking out places to visit / restaurants etc. All staff that we dealt with spoke English, which is always convenient 😀. The apartment was clean and comfortable, seems to be recently refurbished. Bathroom was a decent size and shower was hot and powerful.

Good location, quiet area but easy walking distance to city centre. Nice room, well-equipped kitchen. The only downside was a stupidly-designed bathroom, with a "designer" sink and very little space for soap and toiletries, and a shower cubicle with no door, which meant that the floor was wet after every shower, regardless of how carefully we tried to use it.

Was surprised to find this in what looked like a block of flats/student accommodation (looks like a proper hotel on the website). The location was quiet and fairly central, with some useful shops nearby. The bed was comfortable, cooking facilities OK. The heating was efficient but controlling it took some practice. There was a large tank immediately above the WC on which I banged by head several times, and the shower temperature was a bit tricky to control. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not the usual Expedia offering!

Nice accommodation close to shops and town centre
My friend and I stayed here for three nights and it was lovely. Receptionists communicated in English and were so friendly. It has Loads of shops around and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town centre.

Top-class reception staff
Although reception offered limited hours, when it was open ALL receptionists were outstandingly helpful & friendly - brilliant! Hotel location was good for public transport; nearest being bus service, although this stopped running after 8:30pm. Nearest Metro 10 - 15 mins easy walk away. Just be aware, my double room (King-Size bed) had the smallest shower I've ever encountered - so much so I had to actually measure it ! - shower tray internal measurement 24" x 24" (60 x 60 cms.)

Great place to stay
The room was situated about 15 minutes walk from the centre of toulouse which is ideal. Reception was closed when we arrive but the instructions to get the keys were simple. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed including a mini kitchen. Veru good patisserie and 2 local shops within 2-3 minutes walk We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in toulouse.

Staff a nice close to food shops
Staff are lovely Rooms smelled a bit stale. 3 out of the 5 rooms I booked had ants, if you left anything sweet out they would be covered in ants. Food shops, takeaways and tobacco shops all within a 2 minute walk. Beds are good to sleep in. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre, you will pass loads of pubs and restaurant's on the way. The hotel is ok but I wouldn't stay again.

Clean comfortable apartment in Toulouse
The apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable. They even provided washing up liquid,tea towel and sponge. Water lovely and hot. As we arrived on a Saturday, they had to provide us with details on how to gain entry to building. They kindly emailed everything and even how to get from the airport to the apartment. Extremely helpful.

A big bed size, clean room, convenient for cooking with a small kitchen and a lot of kitchenware to use during your stay. Acceptable cable TV and free internet. Small bathroom and hot water sometime not working well.

Toulouse on a budget
Good central location. 10 minute walk to the centre of town. 20 minute walk to the railway station. Next to both the river and canal - ideal for local walking / cycling activities. Not many eating places directly next to the accommodation but plenty within a 10 minute walk. The local bars and mini-markets expensive so it pays to walk 5 minutes further out of town, The room was compact but functional and clean.

Great stay for good price
This is very nice 3 stars hotel. It doesn't look very appealing from outside but rooms are clean, spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Walking distance to the centre. Located in a very quiet area. Breakfast is served from Monday to Saturday for extra 8€ per person. Receptionists are very nice and helpful. Btw reception is not open 24h - important when you check in. This hotel is approved by mydominion.global

Not the best area, but very convenient to the bus and the price was right! Keep in mind there's no air con, so might be worth considering somewhere more expensive on a warm month. That said, happy to trade no maid service for a great price any day!

Nice apartment hotel close to river and town.
Had a lovely stay here. The beds are very comfy and the black out curtains work well to help you get a good night's sleep. All of the facilities worked well and although were basic helped improve our stay. Being able to use a fridge and microwave helped us save money, and as the food here is good anyway we didn't need to keep eating out. Overall was a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone that was planning an active day that just wanted somewhere comfy and clean to crash out at the end of the day.

Nice little apartment
The room is nothing fancy, but it's a great crash pad if you're looking for somewhere to rest your feet before heading out. A nice grocery shop around the corner combined with the little kitchenette gives you the option of having some meals in to save money.

Satisfactory budget accomodation in Toulouse.
The flight was late arriving, we only had one bus choice to get there. Keep the bus ticket as it covers the return journey to the airport! Getting to the hotel late at night was difficult, we got in with the help of the security guard opposite. After all that everything went well. Had we arrived earlier the bus would have stopped outside, and the hotel would have been easier to find! There is a nice supermarket nearby, and the river Garrone is close, and a short walk into the city centre along the bank of the river.

We enjoyed our stay at Sejours et Affaires de Brienne. A 20 minute walk to the center, reasonably priced and well equiped. The bed could be a bit more comfortable (probably better when it's not as hot as it was during our stay) but overall we'd book again if we were to return.

The hotel reminds me of a student residence, which is not surprising since there is a student residence on the other side of the street. I found the room adequate, especially for one person but should do two people fine, especially if you don't expect to spend most of your time in the room. Everything was clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. But the shower is tight but workable. I found the building quiet, especially late at night. Also, the surrounding neighbourhood was also quite and safe.

Overall it's good. The studio is clean and has a little kitchen area so I can cook if I want to. It's 10-15 mins walk from the metro station so it's not bad. But the wifi is way too slow, and 3 out 5 times I can't get a hair dryer from the reception desk.

A modern building in a central
A modern building in a central location, with good transport links. The studio apt. had everything one needed & was in good condition. A special thank you to the proffesional & helpful Sejours & Affaires staff. I look forward to visiting here again soon. Un accueil très agréable. Lieu très calme et reposant. On s’y sent bien. Petit bémol il y avait un bruit incessant en fond comme le bruit d’une VMC mais on s’en accommode.
