"Super personnel tres a l'écoute, bon etat des équipements. Manque d'hygiènes des parties communes ( dechet des les escalier, sol de la piscine...)
Les chambre sont spacieuses, bonnes salles de bain, mais manque de netteté ( joint de douche moisie, wc pas net).

"We love this hotel, especially for longer stays in Toulouse. It's clean, attractive, has a kitchen area, and has super friendly staff. The beds are comfy. There is a laundry room for guests. The breakfast is abundant, fresh, and delicious. The location is perfect: on a quiet street a few bus stops from the city center. I always opt for a balcony room; it's very pleasant to sit outside in the evenings. And this summer I was grateful for the air conditioned room!"

There was always someone helpful at the counter despite us not being able to speak French, there are drinks and snacks available to buy at a fair price and the pool was a wonderful bonus.
