"Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. "

"A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I...

"The Ac was fine but the controls were a bit confusing. It was chilly while there and the heater was difficult to turn on. Didnt eat breakfast. "

"We love the Delta and stay there when we can. The staff is always friendly and helpful!! The bed in our room was very hard and the pillows were either too hard or too soft. I don't recall this being an issue the last few times we stayed, so I don't know if something has changed or not, I just know the bed was not comfortable. Sadly, we may try another hotel next time. "Checked in around 7 pm and that was good. Went out for awhile and then came back. As we looked around there was a makeshift toilet tank top that didn't come close to fitting. Fell asleep lying on top of the bedspread but crawled under the covers some time during the night. Woke up the next morning and found what looked to be some black stains on the sheets...a big crawling on the bed and one crawling on my wife's bag.
