"Onboarding super, the team was great and gave a lot of advise. The location is great as well, as you can join the main ski station and departure with the ski at feet from the hotel. We had a "family" room, here the room was comfortable but a little bit small, staying a full week for vacation would may be a challenge. Strengh are that you have also a restaurant in the hotel means you don't need to go to town if you'd like to rest. Infrastructure is also well with by side options like spa, billard...

"Fantastic hotel - so convenient for everything! The staff cannot do enough for you, they are all fabulous. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t warm and the heating system in the room didn’t work well. Made it harder to dry slightly damp ski gear!
