"Staff were great. We loved our view of the beach. The room was clean. We couldn't get our safe to work the entire time we were there so never got room service. The garbages were small. I did ask for them to come get the garbage and recycling one day and to provide more Cascade pods. The gal that stopped by the room gave a very surprised look and came back with a very large garbage bag. I should have done that a couple more times as the garbage made the room smell. They did have construction going on so that wasn't the best. Since Hyatt took over I feel like the place has gone downhill. We only recognized one staff member. Prices have also increased. Being told we couldn't have our own drinks near the pool and hot tubs was a bit ridiculous. I get it since we didn't want to spend a ton to have the all-inclusive package but we got our own groceries and paid the same as everyone else who stayed there. I bought a drink at the swim up bar and just kept the cup and refilled my drink in my room. $20 for poolside service for a hot dog was unreal. The food has also gone downhill. It took forever to get 6 tacos on Taco Tuesday and it wasn't even that busy. Gorgeous resort and views but it isn't what it used to be. My room wasn't ready and they said they'd text when it was and never did."

"Make sure you confirm reservation with hotel before you get there, we booked with Expedia and the hotel did not have our reservation and we had to jump through hoops to get it taken care of and we got a room but it wasn’t the one we reserved. "
