I liked that my wife and I were the only ones in the resort, it was very relaxing and loved the fact that the staff were very accommodating. The hotel needs an urgent renovation, sealings are cracked, the "hot tub" hadn't been used in a while, so when we turned it on green water came out of it. Wi-Fi was a constant battle, signal came and went, no variety of drinks in the bar-restaurant. Since we were also the ONLY guests in the property we asked to be upgraded to a chalet on the beach front of the beach which we were told it was reserved for later in the week but no one ever checked-in. POOL SIDE furniture and pool deck need to be replaced since they are highly damaged by weather.

Infelizmente foi uma experiência negativa, ficamos por um tempo aguardando confirmação da reserva, não tinha responsável no local da recepção, apenas um rapaz tentando confirmar. Colocaram num quarto depois era o errado, o quarto disponível estava precisando de reparos, mal odor no banheiro. Trocamos de quarto mesmo assim na descrição tinha TV que não tem disponibilidade, no geral a pousada precisa de reparos urgentes. Atendimento ruim, chegamos na semana e a piscina só veio a ficar limpa no domingo. Não indico

Falta de respeito

O hotel deixa muito a desejar no quesito manutenções. Estava com varias areas quebradas que precisam de manutenção. Os funcionários não dão atenção nehuma aos hóspedes, chegamos e ficamos 15 minutos sozinhos na recepção aguardando alguém para poder fazer o check-in. Eis que vem a cereja do bolo o quarto que escolhemos dizia que tinha televisão ao chegar lá o quarto estava sem tv e o funcionário da recepção informou que estava em manutenção mas que a tarde a tv estaria no quarto. Quando chegou a noite circulamos pelo hotel procurando um funcionário e não encontramos e resolvemos falar pelo WhatsApp para saber da tv e simplesmente falaram que iriam verificar e sumiram nos deixando a estadia toda sem tv.

Extremamente decepcionante, para o preço que foi pago. Na estadia dentro do quarto, ao chegar no banheiro havia uma toalha rasgada, mostrando completa falta de cuidado. Muitas baratas no banheiro, terrível sensação. A porta do quarto que da para varanda com a fechadura ruim e mal acabada, parecia que fora antes arrombada e no dia que estávamos lá, choveu o quarto alagou entrando agua pela janela.

Decepcionante

A pousada é distante da cidade, não se localiza na cidade de Touros. Fica mais próximo de São Miguel do Gostoso. O lugar é bonito, porém precisa de manutenção. Alugamos 2 apartamentos e o Ar condicionado não funcionava e no outro não tinha TV. O gerente alegou que algumas TVs estavam no conserto. O café da manhã era marcado para as 7:30, mas as 8 ainda estava sendo colocado. O número de funcionários é muito reduzido. Nao havia tapete no banheiro e nem toalha de rosto, apesar de ter solicitado não tinha disponibilidade.

O quarto que fiquei foi o 89 e no primeiro momento não tive nada a reclamar mais no sábado o ralo do banheiro (chuveiro) entupiu e o em consequencia o outro ralo que ficava de baixo da pia começou subir água tb (como se a caixa de gordura tivesse cheia). Quando alguem tovama banho e outra ligava a torneira da pia parava de sair água no chuveiro.
