"The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was not open for the entire stay; other people continued to use it despite that. We did not.
The staff seems to be making great efforts to improve the property. They even left to buy items we needed during our stay.
The entire property smells like smoke. I am unsure if there is a smoking permitted room: but people smoke in the rooms or on the balconies. It was annoying at best and definitely a concern for anyone with asthma or anyone who just hates...

"The bed was very comfortable and the owners are nice. It was quiet with plenty of parking. It's right in Westfield, so there are stores and restaurants nearby."
