"Dear Customer Care Team,
I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at your Super 8 Sidney location and to request assistance with an upcoming reservation.
While we have always had wonderful, clean experiences at your Oneonta location, our stay at this specific property was disappointing. Throughout our entire visit, the hotel smelled strongly of smoke and marijuana, which was particularly concerning as I was traveling with my children.
