"Spacious and family friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Home is located in a nice area, close access to shops, restaurants and freeways. Three large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Parking to accommodate our two vehicles. Double lock on the main door. Would definitely book again."

"First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

"The Modern Studio was everything that was pictured and more! The hosts were very accommodating, gracious and everything was spotlessly clean. The house is on a wooded lot and the private studio apt is attached to the home. The landscaping is beautiful! We actually had a hummingbird visitor outside the window box that was full of flowers. "Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views. This apartment is nestled in a quiet dead end street in close proximity to SPAC. Well equipped with all of the essentials one would need. The home is very inviting and the price is right. We enjoyed our stay and would return again over any hotel in the area. "
