"We were visiting the area for Ithaca College’s commencement. Great to be away from the downtown hotels who seem to double and triple their prices for college events. The apartment was 18 miles away and it was so peaceful. The unit was immaculately cleaned. We were treated to a bottle of local wine and a gift card for the downstairs coffee shop. I am only sad we did not find it sooner, before our daughter graduated. Can’t wait to come back."

"This place is awful. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Pulling down the driveway I thought that it must be the wrong place, this can’t be it. Run down, sketchy, and bad vibes all around. Inside looked like the photos but it’s nasty. I only took one photo and that’s of the one pillow laying on the bed where the woman showing us around says she has to go grab a pillowcase for it. "Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out.
