"This was a very nice place, clean and comfortable. The virtual check-in process was a little weird but it actually worked fine and probably is more efficient for the company. But I wasn’t sure if it would have been easy to connect with an employee if there was a problem."

"The location, which was a straight run to downtown Ithaca and even closer to Buttermilk Falls, was great. The service was also quite good, in particular the desk clerk's and breakfast person's. The facility was clean, but our room showed a need for maintenance here and there."

"From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. Thank you Lux Hotel."

"This place is amazing!! We stayed in the Falls Suite and the balcony terrace off the room was awesome. Has gas fire pit, comfy chairs all around. Truly one of the most relaxing places to stay. Views of the lake and hillside from there were amazing. At night sitting by the fire, looking up at all the stars was incredible. The room was really nice. Heated bathroom floors. The shower was awesome!! Most of the time I’m not a fan of rain heads. But this one, wow, it was awesome plus there were two other shower heads. With controls to turn on all at once. Bed was really comfortable and sitting area was nice. The room decor made you feel like you were in a movie setting. There was plenty of parking, on site restaurant. Most people will probably look at the price and move on. You only live once, and this type of place is worth the expense for a stay you will remember for a life time. Falls Suite is worth every penny."
