"While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia. What's the point of that if the messages state its coming from the...

"Lost power in our room had to change rooms. Our room was very clean. Had a few questionable people around the property, but had no problems."
