"What a wonderful classic hotel in Syracuse. They are in the middle of a major renovation, as Hampton/Hilton has bought the property. It will be sad to see some of the history destroyed, but it was a very nice stay. Thank you."

"We had an amazing stay at the Crescent. Valet helped us unload the car and assisted us to our room. Car check was easy and streamlined. The room was spacious; perfectly separating the sleeping area from the sitting area. The room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom stocked. Highly recommend staying here."
