"Staff was friendly"

"It was the equivalent of a transient motel. If I could rate it a negative number, it would be -15...Filthy walls and carpet, broken shower head and toilet. Why was the lotion dispenser dirty? Brown water (I think) damaged tiles on the ceiling. Flies!! Cigarette burns on the bed cover, holes punched in the bathroom door. And who took the smoke detector?? The towels had doo doo brown stains. Yuck! When we checked out, I asked for my receipt. His response was people don't usually ask for them,...

"The bedding and towels smell really bad. I could not sleep well due to oily and smoky smelling beddings. But otherwise, very nice"

"Air-conditioning worked well. Microwave didn't, needed to do reset numerous times. Thought staff was going to replace it but they didn't. Pool was nice to use."

"Todo estaba muy bonito, bien cuidado y Limpio. La verdad solo la usamos con mi esposo para dormir y descansar, nos hubiese gustado pasar más tiempo pero no teníamos, sin embargo fue una buena noche. Nos gustó mucho a ambos y la recepcionista fue muy amable. Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos ahí."

"Could use some refreshing. Had to ask for new towels. Otherwise the price was right and turned out to be a peaceful and convenient stay close to Auburn and downtown Skaneateles."
