"After checking in that evening I discovered that the elevator I was using was malfunctioning because it took me to a different floor from the floor I was supposed to get off. Later that evening, I tried to go downstairs and the elevator I was in, got stuck on a floor above mine, door wouldn't open , no movement-JUST FROZEN. After 8-10 minutee elevator started to move going downstairs and eventually I got off on the main floor. I complained to make staffer behind front desk."

"The room was very nice and refreshed everyday. The TV had very few channels (50) and they were OK. The think is why there was no sleep timer on it. I like to fall asleep to TV."
