"If you simply need a place to crash for a CMAC show, it's fine albeit a bit overpriced for what you get. There was dust and grime in the corners of the rooms, and you can tell they haven't washed the walls in a long time."

"Only one set of towels for 2 people. Never received additional towels or pillow. Had to use my cell phone to call the desk because the room phone did not have a cord to the handset. Refrigerator leaking water all over the floor. Hair dryer didn't work. Air in water pipes, so it whistled all thru showering."

"This is my go to hotel when I have to bring my daughter back to college or pick her up. It is always a pleasure to stay here quiet area and accessible to stores and about 30 mins away from the University of Rochester!! I"
