"Everything was clean - in fact the odor from the laundry detergent was a bit overwhelming especially since one of us can be allergic to such.
The bed was very firm but still somewhat comfortable.
The breakfast was as minimal as can be and still call it a continental breakfast.
The pressure jet tub was nice and large and worked."

"This is an older property that covers the basics at a good price. We stayed for 3 days and our towels were changed out each day. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was offered in the office each morning. If you are okay with just the bare basics, this is a fine place to stay while visiting Ithica and the surrounding areas."
