"When I say this hotel went above and beyond, I mean it. I screwed up my booking and arrived a day early. They not only phoned around to find a close hotel with an opening for the night (as they were full that night), they got all of my luggage to the other hotel, gave me a complimentary drink, got my luggage back on my actual reservation day, and gave me the best recommendations for food and coffee. "Excellent location, 3min walk from the river with lots of places to eat and drink. The map on here is wrong - it’s only 1.5 blocks from the river. Very clean, nice staff. "The hotel is quite hard to find on Google Maps. It's not as it showed on the Google map. So, we have to park and walk to find the hotel. The heater was not working as the hotel is quite old. The worker did not stay the whole night. The guy brought us the portable heater, but the plug does not work at night. It turned off when we turned off the light. "
