Staff was friendly and courteous going out of their way to satisfy you. Breakfast was the only downfall.

Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch
Location was phenomenal! We enjoyed our breakfast each morning, and the staff was very hospitable and kind! We loved the view from our room.

Pear Tree Inn St. Louis Near Union Station
The breakfast was delicious and all support staff were terrific. The bathroom was a little dirty and the towel handle was just sitting on the wall mount and fell off the moment i first dried my hands. Wasnt a big deal but was odd. Landing Furnished Apartments - Central West End
We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com
