"Our room was small, but clean. We were right by the elevator shaft and it was incredibly noisy at all hours. For some reason at 1:36am someone felt that was a good time to do some sort of work in the elevator and there was what sounded like hammering for about 30 mins on and off that was annoying. Luckily, it didn’t wake our baby. The TV also didn’t work for several hours due to some cable issues, but I can’t say that was the hotels fault. Staff was friendly. Location of the hotel is great....

"Very cute boutique hotel. Parking around the area was inconvenient but understandable in downtown. Valet is available as well as a parking garage on the next block. The restaurant is cute and the food was good but very limited selection. "

"Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. "

"Love how fun the hotel was. There is an art museum downstairs then the rooms are all colorful and so beautiful. The rooftop bar is next level and chill. They have comfy couches and go drinks and food with a wonderful view. Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Only downside is there’s no included breakfast but there is yummy restaurants near by."

"Great property with many dining and entertainment options in walking distance. Upbar has great drinks and city views. Great complimentary breakfast. Staff are courteous and attentive. Parking is expensive but the visitor lot around the corner on Laclede Av at the SLU campus is a great inexpensive option and only a five minute walk away. "

"Check-in time is at 3 and we arrived at 4:10. We were told someone paid for a late check-out and checked out at 4. The woman at the desk told me check-in is at 4 and the room wouldn’t be ready for 30 min. So, she lied about check-in time. Basically, they decided to make more money and screw us over.
