Hotel Murah di Towngate

"We felt this was just a place to sleep, our primary reason for choosing it was to be able to have easy access to our room, this turned out to not be the case we had to walk several terminals over (not the hotels issue), biggest issue was the front desk staff did not see. Approachable this occured a few days before as well when I called to inquire about late check in. Overall we would have been better off saving the 75 dollars and going to the la quinta where breakfast would have at least been...

"This hotel was nice. Most people are here because they have a flight to catch so this is their one over night stop. We stayed because we were in town for a concert. The hotel and our room were clean, nothing fancy. Our room was right beside the ice machine and elevators, which made for a lot of noise. But overall, this hotel was in a great, convenient location to everything we wanted to do."

"When checking into the room, there was a strong smell of mold and bleach. We could not stay in the room because of the odor and I was getting a headache. We were told we could not get a refund for the room. We booked the room for 6 days and lost all that money."

"Our toilet did not work.. maintenance worked on it but did not fix it. The door to the bathroom was missing.. so no privacy. The peephole on the main door, you could see through from the outside??!!!! We stuffed paper in it. Also, the telephone did not work so I had to go to the front several times to submit my issues with the room. The staff only spoke English to a certain extent .. they wrote my room number down and gave me the general managers card to make my complaints.."

"The property is clean and nice. The room was comfortable. The breakfast is good, wish they had bacon. Most patrons stayed there to board their cruise as did we. My only criticism is the bar opening so late in the day. I recommend this hotel. Catch of the day is a good restaurant to go for happy hour and right down the block"
