"Upon check in the lobby looked nice and the staff was pleasant. Once we got to our room and opened the door there was a weird smell in the room. My boyfriend make a cup of coffee in the room and the coffee pot smelled like it was on fire. The coffee and tea tasted burnt. On our way out that night we stopped by the front desk to ask for a different coffee pot. The gentleman behind the desk replied he couldn't do anything about it until morning when housekeeping came in. No one ever brought...

"Excellent upgrade provided as an Expedia Gold tier! Love the hotel. Views were amazing. The room was very spacious. Only complaint is that I couldn’t request to check in early when I called before flying in, they told me that because I booked with a 3rd party, they couldn’t open my reservation and I even couldn’t pay extra for an upgrade even if I wanted to because it was booked via 3rd party. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist said I could have called to request to check in earlier....

"It was an alright stay. The room was cleaned by staff, but they don't appear to deep clean it. Smudges on the door, the light fixtures. The interior of the hotel wasn't as exciting as others on the strip. The pool was shut down for a remodel which was a huge bummer. In the future, we will look into staying at a different hotel in Vegas."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Upon check in, staff was friendly enough. Went into our room to find that our fridge was NOT cleaned. There was a brown liquid dripping from the top that had a sour smell. Thankfully, the staff was kind enough to upgrade our room and we got a newer room with a better view of the strip….
The elevators hardly worked while there, and that was difficult while coming and going on the 20th floor. Also the pool shack is not open during the week, which makes for it difficult on hot days to get drinks....
