"We recently stayed at the Big4 Lucinda on our way south to Townsville. The Park is beautifully maintained, set amongst tropical foliage, very picturesque. The onsite cabin we had was brilliant, roomy, well appointed with everything you needed. Close to the Lucinda Hotel for a beautiful meal. On your travels North or South We strongly recommend staying at the Big$4Lucinda."

"We recently stayed at Big 4 Rowes Bay Beachfront Holiday Park in Townsville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
I had booked two cabins for our group, but upon arrival, I was only allocated one. When I returned to reception and showed our booking confirmation clearly indicating two cabins/units, the General Manager was dismissive and showed no interest in helping resolve the issue (maybe becoz I am Asian). "Second room fan didn't work no aircon unless U kept the door open. Need fly spray in the room for ants and cockroach. New Food menu isn't great pizza were great value and good experience "
