"The staff was incredible and the hotel felt safe and secure (despite what other reviews say about the area in Baltimore). The room was comfortable, but we had issues with the door knob and shower. Can't emphasize enough how helpful the staff was and it is clear they care about the property and are working on improving it. I would easily stay here again."

"Staff were helpful. Room was comfortable enough and clean, but in dire need of an upgrade. Wall paper peeling. My room was over run with ants on the 3rd floor!!
Breakfast area was well stocked on first day. Poor on the second day. No staff around for 30 minutes"
