"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"The room was fairly clean. Stairways reaked of marijuana, puke outside the entrance, entrance way needed to be vacuumed, pooped all over the grass from the dogs. Unfortunately, they don’t provide coffee in the rooms or hair dryers. Again, the room was clean and the hallway was quiet. "

"The rooms were clean and large. Couldn’t use the pool because it was outdooors. Their tvs were too old to connect to Netflix or anything of that sort. Television had regular channels like it was connected to an antenna. This hotel was nice but lacking in amenities. Breakfast was great, nice spread of different foods. I wouldn’t stay again though. Oh yeah hotel was small with 2 slow moving elevators."

"This place was decrepit , noisy, and the people who work there demanded a cash deposit and are simply not nice. The mattress was terrible. The place was falling apart. Expedia shouldn’t list it ever again "

"The 6th floor reeked of stale ash trays, and my “nonsmoking” room still smelled and had cigarette burns in the headboard. No stopper in the sink. The crappy coffeemaker wouldn’t turn on but leaked water. The replacement managed only 1/2 cup and would not empty the reservoir. When I asked where the “included” breakfast was served I was ushered to a table with a thermos of warm coffee and Hostess snack cakes. "Parking is tough in the area. The garage we were instructed to use closes at 6:30 and there’s not always street parking. Room was pretty clean, but reeked of cigarettes. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Tv remote barely worked. Stopped by the gym in the basement and all lights were out and keycard reader didn’t work. No one at the front desk at the time to help me. Breakfast would be ok except it was raided and breakfast bar filthy by 9 am. People from the street were coming in and taking...

"The Property canceled our reservation an hour after check-in time so we did not stay there. This was after reservations were made four months in advance."

"The room was spacious and had good climate control, but the sink leaked all day and night. Also, the floor is just vinyl and it wasn't swept well before my checkin."

"We were last minute moved to an entirely different location further away from the stadium than we wanted to be. The new reassigned place was nothing like the one we booked. It was not upkept well, the building had elevator issues to a point we had to wait for a while before we could even go up to the room because the stairs were also locked. "
