"We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. "The property was beautiful, clean and well equipped lovely products in the bathroom, fresh towels and great breakfast. Maria and Nikos were the perfect Cretan host with all the warmth and kindness that only the Cretan’s can offer . We temporarily lost our car key they jumped to help us, collecting us from the salt lake pouring balm ( wine ) to soothe our troubles and then returning us to the salt lake and our vehicle , once we had realised we had stashed the key in a beach shoe thank you guys...

"For et godt valg, tenkte vi da vi kom, og det sier det meste. God beliggenhet ift. sentrum og stranda. Stille og rolig på kvelden/natta ( vi bodde nærmest stranda). Strålende rengjøring med ofte bytte av håndklær og sengetøy. Stor og familiær vennlighet fra ansatte. Store rom med alt du trenger - kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap med en liten fryser, (kaffemaskin med kapsler som blir påfyll hver dag), vannkoker osv. God størrelse på terrassen. Strandrestauranten hadde veldig god mat. Vi kommer gjerne...

"The beds were very poor. Considering this is an adults-only hotel, having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the beds kept separating, making them very uncomfortable. The beds were also on wheels, which made the problem even worse."

Außenbereich und Patio: Im Vorraum und im Sitzbereich der Suite herrschte täglich wiederkehrender Kanal- und Gullygeruch. Zudem lief das Abwasser von zwei Klimaanlagen direkt durch den Vorraum. Ungeziefer und Jacuzzi: Wir mussten täglich Würmer und Asseln aus der Suite beseitigen. Der Jacuzzi war verschmutzt und an mehreren Tagen nicht nutzbar. Ausstattung und...

"absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! If they had a pool area near jacuzzi it would be absolutely top notch! What a great gem to stumble upon! Staff exceptionally friendly and they actually knew they were a VIP access hotel. Most don’t or don’t care!...
